Compare and contrast with your own sites

Before I say anything, I would like to apologize for skipping the ptc referral tip of the week last week; I had so much school work and tests to worry about.

Anyways, this ptc referral tip is to test out your ptc sites to advertise. So if you put the same amount of ptc credits to promote two sites, you might see that one site is getting more referrals than the other. This means that one of your sites is more in demand for sign ups! It will give you a good clue that this site will be easier to build ptc referral downlines than the other. You will get more referrals for your advertising money because you're choosing the easier site to promote.

Gain referrals mostly for your main sites that you want to build

An effective way to come onto distributing ptc referrals on your sites is to only pick a few of your main top earning sites to promote. Once you have a satisfying amount of ptc referrals on a certain site, maybe you can rotate to promoting a different one more to be successful at that one. Doing so will give you the following benefits:

1) When you have many referrals for a site, it is ideal to upgrade to make more money. But if you have 50 referrals total distributed to 10 of your sites that means that you'd only have about 5 referrals per site. That is usually not enough to upgrade your account effectively and can actually make you lose profit. If those 50 referrals were only on ONE site, then once you upgrade you'll be making maximum earnings from your ptc referrals.

2) Faster cashouts for that site. Most people prefer fast money right? Distributing the referrals to multiple sites will make all of those sites only slightly faster to cash out. When only one site has a bunch of ptc referrals then it would be more satisfying to most people.

3) If you ever try to promote your site and explain your experience, you can show AND prove to them that you have lots of ptc referrals with a simple screen shot.

Making sure you make Ptc Referral decisions AFTER calculations

It is important to know what will be profitable for you. You might want to know how much your ptc referrals will give you monthly. It is important to know that if you want to upgrade your account. Most ptc site's upgrades require you to have a decent amount of referrals before upgrading.

If you're going to lose money OR make less money with the upgrading (since it costs to upgrade), then don't upgrade! Also keep in mind personal earnings as well because they tend to increase with upgraded accounts. For these examples I am not including them.

Ex 1. You have 30 referrals making you a decent daily 15 cents. 15x30 days = $4.50 a month from your referrals alone. 

If the upgrade costs lets say $3 a month and doubles your referral earnings. That means $9 a month from your referrals alone. That is $9 - upgrade cost = $6 net profit which is better than standard earnings.

In this situation, you SHOULD UPGRADE for more earnings.

Ex 2. You have 20 referrals making you a decent daily 10 cents. 10x30days = $3.00 a month from your referrals alone.

 Upgrade costs lets say $5 a month but it doubles your referral earnings. That is $6 a month from your referrals. But $6 - upgrade cost is only $1 net profit..

In this situation, DON'T UPGRADE until you have enough ptc referrals.

Looking out for new ptc sites with bonuses

Some newly launched ptc sites have early sign up promotions. They could either be free membership, advertising credits, or purchase balance credits. You can easily use those credits to advertise your ptc referral link for free! All you have to do is sign up for them. There wouldn't be an obligation to click on them especially if they're new. But maybe that new site can be successful in the future and you never know.

P.S. Look for these new ptc sites while you are clicking ads. People tend to advertise them a lot. Be on the lookout before you close that ad! You might be missing out on free ptc referrals!

Using forums for PTC referrals

Being active on any forum can be helpful for gaining ptc referrals. Most likely you would want to choose a money making forum or ptc forum. There are many of them out there. For ptc forums, there are always referral exchanges out there for you. But I'm going to talk about making threads and adding referral banners or links in your signature.

1) It actually came to my surprise how I gained some referrals through my forum signature. If members find you a credible member that has experience, they will click your banner rather than some new member who barely is active or spams. 

2) Make a thread posting your payment proofs on your site. A tip would be to show them your largest payment possible so that they will think "Man, this guy makes a lot on this site. Maybe I can too."You can gain ptc referrals this way because it assures them that the site is indeed legit and paying.

Using Splash Pages:

It is important to understand exactly what you're advertising. Good use of a splash page can help you with the following:

1) Personalization of your advertisement.

2) Lets your advertisement stick out from others. When viewers see the same ad/site being advertised by many, yours will be different and eye-catching. 

3) Gain more ptc referrals by drawing attention to your ad. 

4) You can put payment proofs, videos, or reviews on the splash page in order to assure your viewer that your site is legit.

5) Have links on the splash page connected to more than one of your referral links. This may help you get multiple ptc referrals. 

There are plenty of sites that help you make free splash pages. Easyhits4U is the one I use personally because it is very easy and straight forward.

Important: You need to put EFFORT in creating your splash page. You want to make things look nice.

Bonus Ptc Referral tip

Want to make ptc referrals with offline methods? Here is an example of what I have done.

I make a flashy looking advertisement or flyer with Microsoft Word and post them on public bulletin boards (if it is allowed). 

Ex. For Slicethepie

As you can see, this is an advertisement that I personally made.

Make sure:

1) The ad is short and sweet. Create VALUE with your ad, not spam. Don't write long paragraphs because walking bystanders don't have time to read a giant story.

2) Add relevant graphics to the site. They help attract eyes

3) Play with the size of the fonts. Make the main info larger

4) Put a bunch of ref links at the bottom and arrange them like so. Then grab some scissors and cut horizontally between the links just enough that interested people can easily rip off a tab and type out the whole link at home. 

5) Remind them that it is a FREE INVITE.

Choosing what site is suitable for you to gain ptc referrals:

It is important to focus on only a couple sites on gaining referrals rather than spreading your referrals out everywhere. You will make more money and referrals by following these guidelines:

1) Choose a site that is legit and most likely won't shut down, check out the "PTC REVIEWER" tab for some great options. (It would be a pain in the !@# if you lost all of your hard earned ptc referrals)

2) Take a look at the percentage of your ptc referral commissions AS WELL as average earnings. Take account for how high the site pays per ad in the first place. One referral from a site clicks 5 ads worth .0005 and your commission is 50%. Another referral from a different site clicks 5 ads worth .01 and your commission is 10%. Doing the math, the first example would earn you .00125 while the second example earns you .005. Think about the math!

3) Consider upgrading memberships ONLY when you know you will earn more than what you spend PLUS average earnings from a free standard membership. Ptc referrals are usually very helpful when it comes to accomplishing that. I ALWAYS upgrade on Cashnhits because I am for sure to earn more from by Ptc referrals (up to 90% commissions)

4) Don't waste your time on overpopulated sites. I know how much you love your Neobux and Clixsense, but in all honesty, it is much harder to gain ptc referrals on those sites due to most PTC users having an account on them. 

5) Choose a site that's right for YOU! If you really enjoy a site and its pay, tell others about your experience. New users always want to hear some HONEST feedback. Don't exaggerate.

• Inactive ptc referrals aren't fun especially after you have worked so hard to get them! Some sites offer a messaging system for other members/downline or provide you with referrals' emails. I urge you to use that to your advantage. Contact your referrals and tell them how much success you are making on that site and provide help/advice for any of them. If they are inactive perhaps you can email them telling them about any new perks to the site or how great you are doing. 

I have personally made a few great active referrals and reactivated referrals using this method. I hope this helps you.
